In B.E.S.T. sessions you are invited to be supported to identify and clear energy blockages in your system. Removing these interferences can improve your outlook and health.

Sound baths are a wonderful way to relax and heal at the physical, emotional and spiritual levels. The bowls are vibration and frequency as are we. Emotions are frequencies, with love being the highest.

During this session we begin with B.E.S.T. and continue to relax and integrate to the frequency of the Crystal Alchemy Sound Bowls.

The combination of a Group BEST Session with Sound Bowls and/or a Yoga Class with Sound Bowls, where the raising of vibrations and embodiment is happening, complement and elevate the experience.
