BodyAwake Yoga with Manon and Crystal Alchemy Sound Bowls with Sandy.

Sandy McRae and Natasha Davidson are excited to offer this free session with joy from their hearts during this month of LOVE. Sandy will be playing an endocrine set of Crystal Alchemy sound bowls that activate unconditional love and DNA cellular repair. When played with intention, the Crystal Alchemy sound bowls emit frequencies that relax and heal. This is a wonderful opportunity to receive an infusion of love as you harmonize your nervous system in the comfort of your own home.

During this group session, you will clear subconscious limitations, allowing a deeper connection to your true, authentic self. You will create coherence and harmony for vibrations that are in the highest priority for the collective group. You will be enlivening layers of consciousness to allow more light into your body for full embodiment.

This experience will shift stagnant energy and allow for it to flow through your body,  leaving you feeling a sense of freedom, clarity, lightness and expansiveness. Creativity and inspired action begins to flow, and it is common for physical symptoms to resolve on their own as a byproduct. You will leave energetically balanced.
